About the Role
Fugro is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Global Applications Services department. As a Business Analyst AI, you will play a key role in shaping the future of AI in a global setting. Your expertise will drive the functional evolution of our AI systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of innovation and quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Design functional processes for global applications in line with Fugro's standardized business processes and translate and integrate standard processes into global applications;
- Oversee system configuration, advise deployment teams on blueprint-aligned system usage, and ensure that configurations and specifications are well documented;
- Ensure that applications are fit for purpose and delivered in a timely manner;
- Coordinate and follow up on testing, ensuring that it is ready to be handed over for testing;
- Advise deployment teams and regional application support teams on the correct use of applications;
- Collaborate with Business Process Owners to ensure that business processes are supported;
- Work with the Information Security team to ensure that business processes are compliant with the information security system and privacy;
- Collaborate with applications architects to ensure that applications comply with architectural principles;
- Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions according to requirements.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in an international project-based company and/or related industries with several years of experience in implementing AI solutions, including SQL, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes;
- Effective communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization;
- Ability to understand high-level software and systems architecture related to AI;
- Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
