About the Role

Fugro is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Transformation Analyst to join our brand-new Transformation Office. As an Analyst, you will provide crucial support in driving the implementation of transformation programs, adding value by conducting in-depth analyses and actively contributing to the program's implementation to achieve Fugro's transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transformation Master Plan Development: You will define guidelines and templates for planning and tracking of transformation programs, gathering program data and supporting consolidating them into a master plan.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will assist in creating and managing measurement systems to track the progress and performance of transformation programs, gathering information and data for impact assessment and analyzing data to develop transformation insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Reporting & Communication: You will develop and maintain monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and presentations to track progress and communicate key findings to different stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Support: You will collaborate with Business Line Directors, Program owners, and other senior leaders and managers to ensure the successful execution of transformation strategies and plans.
  • Change Management: You will support the deployment of change management strategies into action to mitigate resistance and ensure stakeholder buy-in, developing communication content and working closely with training and communications teams to ensure alignment and support during the transformation process.
  • Process Improvement and Standardization: You will identify best practices and suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of transformation office practices.

Your Profile

  • You have 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consultancy, transformation, or related roles, with a preference for experience in MBB consulting firms.
  • You have strong data analysis skills, with experience using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to generate insights.
  • You have effective communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, presenting data and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must, and familiarity with transformation management or project management software tools is an advantage.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and providing solutions.
