About the Role

Fugro, the world's leading Geo-data specialist, is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Business Partner to join its global Brand & Communications team. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement and supporting the execution of the company's strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy to drive employee engagement and support strategy execution.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to advise on communications and develop high-quality concepts and communications.
  • Work closely with the global Brand & Communications team to ensure consistency and alignment across all communications channels.
  • Develop enduring communications concepts that are future-proof and bring something new to Fugro.
  • Support the Strategy & Transformation team and business leaders in driving change across the organisation and realising the Towards Full Potential strategy.
  • Set-up audience and campaign research to gather insights on improving internal communications.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Corporate Communications, People and/or Change Management or similar.
  • Previous experience in a global corporate environment is essential.
  • Project management experience is a must-have.
  • Affinity with technology and innovation is seen as a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written (Dutch would be a plus).
  • A drive to deliver results, measure success and learn from insights.
