About the Role

Fugro is seeking an IT Business Partner to join our Regional IT team in Europe and Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing IT solutions that meet the business needs of our corporate functions, including finance, procurement, and HR.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between IT and business stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Provide guidance on IT solutions and best practices to business stakeholders.
  • Lead a wide range of IT projects, including enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, process automation, and data management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and adopt new technologies.
  • Perform business analysis activities, such as demand management, business case creation, and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and organizational needs.

Your Profile

  • BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, and data management.
  • Experience in managing IT projects for corporate functions, such as finance, procurement, and HR.
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner and/or Functional Business Analyst.
  • Process optimization and automation experience, as well as experience in a project-based B2B company, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
