We zijn op zoek naar een IT Business Partner voor onze regio Europa & Afrika voor ons hoofdkantoor in Leidschendam. In deze rol sta je in contact met verschillende zakelijke belanghebbenden om oplossingen te vinden en verbeteringen te identificeren. Je beheert meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd van begin tot eind, van idee tot afronding, met een praktische rol om vereisten te analyseren, een businesscase te maken en samen te werken met meerdere teams om te implementeren.
Wat je gaat doen
- Je zorgt ervoor dat zakelijke doelstellingen worden behaald;
- Je bent een vertrouwde adviseur voor zakelijke belanghebbenden op het gebied van informatietechnologie en bent in staat om begeleiding te bieden bij de beste oplossing voor het beoogde doel;
- Je leidt tegelijkertijd een breed scala aan IT-projecten, waaronder bedrijfs- en bedrijfsapplicaties, IT-infrastructuur, procesautomatisering en gegevensbeheer;
- Je identificeert en beheert de implementatie van de adoptie van de processen, applicaties en systemen;
- Je voert hands-on activiteiten uit van het eerste verzoek tot en met de initiatie, uitvoering, planning en uiteindelijke implementatie;
- Je voert bedrijfsanalyses uit zoals vraagbeheer, het maken van een business case, prioritering, enz.
- Als onderdeel van het regionale IT-team wordt van je verwacht dat je verbeterpunten identificeert en helpt bij de jaarlijkse planning;
- Je werkt samen met de verschillende IT-teams om ervoor te zorgen dat oplossingen voldoen aan de zakelijke vereisten, voldoen aan de behoeften van de organisatie en worden overgenomen in de regio.
Wat je meebrengt
- Je hebt een BSc- of MSc-diploma in informatietechnologie, bedrijfskunde of relevante professionele ervaring;
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in IT-projectmanagement met betrekking tot bedrijfsapplicaties, IT-infrastructuur en gegevensbeheer;
- Je hebt eerdere ervaringen als product owner en/of functioneel bedrijfsanalist, met procesoptimalisatie-/ automatisering en in het beheren van IT-projecten voor bedrijfsfuncties zoals financiën, inkoop en HR;
- Je hebt sterke communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden;
- Je hebt uitstekende Engelse taalvaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
