About the Role
We are seeking an IT Business Partner to join our Regional IT team in Europe & Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing IT solutions that meet the business needs of our Corporate Functions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between Information Technology and various business stakeholders in Corporate Functions business units.
- Provide guidance on the best-fit IT solutions to business stakeholders.
- Lead a wide range of IT projects, including enterprise and business applications, IT infrastructure, process automation, and data management.
- Identify and manage the implementation of adopting processes, applications, and systems.
- Perform hands-on activities from initial request through initiation, execution, planning, and final implementation.
- Perform business analysis activities like demand management, business case creation, prioritization, etc.
- Collaborate with various IT teams to ensure solutions fulfill business requirements, meet organizational needs, and are adopted in the region.
Your Qualifications
- BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant professional experience.
- At least 3 years of working experience in IT project management related to enterprise/business applications, IT infrastructure, and data management.
- Experience in managing IT projects for corporate functions such as finance, procurement, and HR.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner and/or Functional Business Analyst.
- Process optimization/automation experience and experience in a project-based B2B company is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
