- Drive the development of new products, leveraging expertise in mechanical engineering and design principles.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industrial partners, knowledge centers, and universities to support product development.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with experience in design principles of mechanical system development.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex mechanical engineering projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
