What You Will DoAs a Student Affairs Assistant, you will provide administrative support to office operation, coordinate service appointments, serve as a back-up receptionist, assist in the organization of peer support programmes/awareness-raising activities and large-scale events, perform data analysis, and take on other duties assigned by the team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless office operations
- Coordinate service appointments and schedule meetings with efficiency
- Assume the role of backup receptionist, handling incoming calls and queries with professionalism
- Contribute to the planning and execution of peer support programs, awareness-raising activities, and large-scale events
- Analyze data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- A Diploma or Associate Degree (or above) from a recognized institution
- 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics; OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 1 year's office experience
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree may also be considered
- A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications (particularly Excel) and online learning platforms (e.g. Zoom/Microsoft Teams)
- Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment
