HR Systems and Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems and Operations Specialist to join our team at Picnic. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting HR functions by optimizing our HR systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, process improvement, and data management. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR systems, including HCM software, payroll systems, and other HR tools. You will also collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline HR processes, optimize workflows, and implement best practices in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HR systems, including HCM software, payroll systems, and other HR tools.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline HR processes, optimize workflows, and implement best practices in HR operations.
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems by conducting regular audits and supporting data entry processes.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights on HR metrics.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Configure and customize the HCM system according to business requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to HR staff and other stakeholders on system usage, new features, and changes.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in HR systems and process improvement. You should have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Experience in working with Javascript is a plus.
Requirements:
- Full working proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and interest in programming.
- Experience in working with HR systems, HRIS, payroll, or HR operations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Communication comes naturally to you so you can easily and clearly interact with different stakeholders.
