Boarding Parent Caregiver

About the Role

Eerde International Boarding School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Boarding Parent to join our team. As a Boarding Parent, you will play a vital role in supporting the welfare and well-being of our residential students.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students in their daily lives, providing guidance and care as needed
• Work collaboratively with our team of boarding parents to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
• Assist with the development of social and emotional skills in students
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure a smooth and supportive experience

Requirements

• Qualification or certification in a relevant subject, such as care or teaching
• At least two years' experience working with young people, preferably in a residential setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to form close relationships with students and work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
