About the Role

Eerde International Boarding School is seeking a dedicated individual to join our boarding team as a Boarding Parent. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our residential students, ensuring their safety, welfare, and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in their daily lives, including academic and social needs
  • Work collaboratively with the boarding team to create a positive and supportive living environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless support

Requirements:

  • Qualification or certification in a relevant field (e.g., care, teaching)
  • At least two years' experience working with young people, preferably in a care or educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
