We're looking for a talented Marketing Data Lead to join our team at Coolblue. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
- Lead a team of data analysts to ensure high-quality data products and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into marketing decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and marketing
- Convince stakeholders of your plans and ideas through data-driven storytelling
- University education with a heavy quantitative component (e.g., Business Analytics, Econometrics, Economy, or Business Information Management)
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analysis or marketing data role
- Experience in coaching and improving team members' skills, both technically and personally
- Expert knowledge of at least one programming language (SQL, Python, or R)
- Knowledge of dbt, Looker, or Airflow is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Salary between €4,150 and €6,000 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek
