Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain our Business Intelligence (BI) stack, ensuring seamless data transformations, metrics calculations, and dashboarding.
- Handle ad-hoc data-related requests and design scalable data solutions to address these issues in the long term.
- Embed analytics into day-to-day operations by supporting and translating business inquiries into analytical reports.
- Document and effectively communicate insights, plans, and knowledge to cross-functional team members and management.
- Promote data literacy across non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and collaborate with data scientists and engineers.
- Equivalent to - years of experience with a relevant degree.
- Good analytical skills and experience with analytical tooling: SQL, Python, and dashboarding tools such as PowerBI/Tableau/Looker.
