We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at WhisperPower. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining contact with our customers in the Benelux and our international distributors, providing technical advice on our products, and processing incoming orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the Benelux and international distributors, providing technical support and product information.
  • Process incoming orders and handle new requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Provide technical advice to customers on our products, including product specifications, features, and benefits.
  • Work closely with the production and logistics departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering, with the ability to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of stress resistance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with experience in SAP a plus.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with knowledge of German an advantage.
