Key Role Summary

This is a pivotal position for driving sales growth and leading the Oil and Gas sector in territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a direct sales strategy, delivering sales against agreed targets, and managing all sales-related activities for Oil & Gas opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the countries sales support functions, including sales support, internal sales, application engineering, and other related back office activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with users, engineering consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
  • Manage and coach sector sales leaders, ensuring their readiness for sales actions and growth.
  • Ensure accurate and transparent sales forecasting, supporting strategic and operational excellence across different channels.
Requirements
  • Senior sales experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of sales techniques.
  • Experience of leading others.
  • Ideally have experience of working in the oil and gas sector.
