International SOS is a leading medical and security services company with a global presence. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new market opportunities, providing solutions for our clients, and collaborating with other International SOS companies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales within assigned market segments to ensure revenue and profit targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with other International SOS companies to identify global leads and opportunities throughout the Group.
  • Coordinate all administrative and financial activities, including contract review, pricing, and invoicing.
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Responsible for successful implementation of new business, including all administrative, operational, and financial activities.
  • Participate in workshops and networking events.

About You

  • Extensive experience in B2B sales or business development within professional services.
  • Able to adapt and develop solutions to clients' needs with clear and decisive communication.
  • Exposure in dealing with multiple stakeholders from different geographical areas.
  • A natural networker and a team player.
  • Excellent numerical, written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous clients simultaneously.
