We are seeking a skilled and proactive Information Security Manager to establish, implement, and uphold security protocols within our Technology and Product divisions.
In collaboration with the information security lead from our Risk and Compliance department, you will form the backbone of our Information Security Office. Your primary responsibility will be to pinpoint security enhancements and vulnerabilities, working closely with our Tech and Product teams to address these issues, thereby safeguarding our network and data integrity.
As we advance our strategy, we are making substantial investments in unifying our auction platforms. Our initiative includes the development of a white-label storefront website to support our auction brands, transitioning all our brands to this platform in alignment with our vision of "Better together." Throughout this integration process, you will play a vital role in fostering a security-oriented mindset among developers and ensuring adherence to security best practices.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional analytical capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of information security best practices to mitigate and resolve various security threats. Ideal candidates will be outstanding communicators, capable of training and guiding our team in information security methodologies. A self-motivated attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential for achieving shared objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or a related technology field.
- Professional certification in information security.
- Over 3 years of experience in an information security position within the technology sector.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards pertaining to information security, including ISO27001/2.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
