Supply Chain Initiative Specialist Intern

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Supply Chain Initiative Management (SCIM) team. As a Supply Chain Initiative Specialist Intern, you'll play a key role in one of our optimization projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive digitalization and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run weekly/monthly reports to analyze current processes and suggest improvements
  • Participate in digitalization projects, defining objectives, timelines, and resources
  • Develop and implement phase-in/phase-out plans
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving

  • Two weeks of remote working anywhere in Europe (EEA)

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a MSc program in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or a related field
  • Strong MS Office skills and fluent English proficiency
  • Structured approach, driven personality, excellent communication and people skills
  • Commitment to dedicate at least 5 months to the internship
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, with 2-3 days in-office and 1-2 days remotely

Eligibility Criteria

  • Internship included in study curriculum and contributing to academic results
  • Collaboration agreement with JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS and NDA agreement for internships
  • EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands
