We're seeking a talented Supply Chain Initiative Specialist Intern to join our dynamic team at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Initiative Specialist Intern, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation and optimization within our global supply chain. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digitalization projects to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze and optimize current reporting processes to improve data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with teams to define project objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Design and implement phase-in and phase-out plans to ensure seamless project execution
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative solutions

Requirements
  • Enrolled in a MSc program in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or a related field
  • Strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English
  • Structured approach, driven personality, excellent communication and people skills, and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Commitment to dedicate at least 5 months to this internship, preferably from September to January
  • Availability to work 5 days per week, including 2-3 days in-office and 1-2 days remotely
Eligibility Criteria
  • Internship must be included in study curriculum and contribute to academic results
  • Collaboration agreement with JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS and NDA agreement for internships
  • EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship
