Job Title: Senior Business Compliance Officer

At IQ-EQ, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our regulatory and procedural client due diligence processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assure the quality of regulatory and procedural client due diligence during and outside the compliance review process.
  • Assure substantiation and documentation of all relevant parts of the structure and the UBO(s) of the relevant parts of the structure.
  • Support Client Service Managers with completing the Client Memorandum and Client Acceptance tab.
  • Escalate non-conformities and behavioural issues to the line manager and/or project manager.
  • Maintain close contact with the Compliance team and ensure proper follow-up of their advises and/or action points.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 3 years' experience working in a similar compliance related role in the financial services industry.
  • Preferably knowledge of or experience working in the (global) investor services industry.
  • Knowledge of the Wwft and preferably the WTT.
