About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Digital Content Editor to join our team at Vermaat. As a Digital Content Editor, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our daily menus that are displayed across all our locations. You will ensure that these menus are updated weekly, formatted correctly, and uploaded to our digital platform, providing our customers with the most up-to-date information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize daily menus for display across all locations
  • Update menus weekly, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Format menus correctly for digital display
  • Upload menus to our digital platform
  • Configure narrowcasting systems to display relevant content
  • Manage helpdesk mailbox, responding to customer inquiries and escalating issues to relevant teams
  • Provide direct support to location managers and colleagues on digital matters
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and collaborating with the team to continuously improve digital processes
Requirements
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in new digital systems
  • Technical aptitude and proficiency in using computers and apps
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an asset
