Senior Payroll Specialist with International Focus

Role OverviewThis role is part of our Human Resources team, responsible for overseeing payroll processes across the organization. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will ensure timely and accurate payment to employees, in accordance with LyondellBasell policies and local laws.
Main Responsibilities- Payroll Process Management: Oversee the entire payroll process, from data review to payment processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with government regulations and changes in labor laws affecting payroll processes.
- Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records, including tax documents and employee files.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on employee compensation costs, deductions, withholdings, benefits costs, and other relevant data.
- Time Sheet Review and Approval: Review and approve time sheets to ensure accurate recording of employee hours.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in SAP payroll positions.
- Proficiency in SAP, Successfactors, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
We offer a competitive salary package, which includes a base salary of $85,000 - 110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our remote work policy allows eligible employees to work up to three days a week from home.
