Production Technician

PAL-V, a Dutch scale-up based in Raamsdonksveer near Breda, is revolutionizing mobility with the world's first commercial flying car. As part of their production process, they seek an Aviation Manufacturing Specialist to join their team.

The Aviation Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for carrying out production work on the test vehicle and later on the series product. Additionally, they will assist in the development of the production process, training programs for production staff, and tooling.

This role requires a positive critical attitude, working on improving and implementing new and existing processes. The specialist will also supervise work in the workplace and perform various tasks including:

• Perform maintenance and modifications on prototype and production vehicles;
• Providing support in the development of the production department;
• Working with digital work instructions on a daily basis;

The successful candidate will report to and support the Manufacturing Planning Manager.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A graduated MBO Aircraft Maintenance Technician, level 4, B1, part 66 certificate obtained;
• Maximum 3 years of work experience;
• Good communication skills, in documentation, but also in explaining complex problems in the Dutch and/or English language;
• Be resident in the Netherlands or Belgium;
