At Pal-V, a Dutch scale-up based in Raamsdonksveer, we are developing the world's first commercial flying car. As part of our production team, we are looking for a Technical Production Specialist to support us in setting up our manufacturing process.

You will be working closely with our Manufacturing Planning Manager to develop and improve our production processes, train production staff, and implement new tools. Your positive critical attitude and ability to improve existing processes will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Your Role

As a Technical Production Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing maintenance and modifications on prototype and production vehicles;
  • Providing support in the development of the production department;
  • Working with digital work instructions on a daily basis;

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • A MBO Aircraft Maintenance Technician degree at level 4, B1, part 66 certificate obtained;
  • No more than 3 years of work experience;
  • Good communication skills, both in writing and explaining complex problems in English;
  • The ability to reside in the Netherlands or Belgium.
