Technical Facility Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Facility Manager to join our team at ASML Netherlands. As a Technical Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the business continuity and availability of facilities and utility systems in a specific building cluster.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the operational execution of preventive, predictive, corrective, and compliance maintenance by the supply chain.
- Align with relevant stakeholders, understand customer needs, and monitor alignment with service specifications.
- Translate service demand into annual plans, including activities forecasts and service changes per service line, securing business continuity for your area.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding practical implementation of changes to service levels or scope of work.
- Drive and support operational communication to ensure efficient operations and relevant feedback to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up with suppliers on execution of non-standard service requests.
- Monitor processing of standard service requests through FMIS and Service Desk, and act if required.
- Coordinate with customers on practical interpretation of requests, ensuring a proper understanding of customer demand.
- Manage escalation, deviation, and recovery processes.
- Take the lead when operational disturbances occur, mobilize the required team of specialists, and drive progress through the PCCSIM steps.
- Manage smooth follow-up in issue resolution or requests for advice, directing suppliers, supporting customers, and coordinating relevant stakeholders and specialists.
- Manage the execution of risk and root cause assessments following incidents, inspections, or other observations.
- Be the on-call manager for decision-making regarding high-priority issue resolution to secure business continuity.
- Ensure proper action on safety issues, access management, and work permit issuance as the responsible area technical owner.
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, asset management, or similar.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar complex industrial environment.
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic.
- Trouble shooter, stress-resistant.
- Excellent decision-making skills in fast-changing and complex environments, capable of dealing with uncertainties.
- Delegating and giving orders towards suppliers.
- Strongly results-oriented with a corresponding sense of responsibility, directing work, and ensuring accountability.
- Social skills, empathetic, listening, enthusing, and collaborating.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, dealing with mid-management levels, peers, teams, service providers, contractors, and consultants.
- High organizational sensitivity and situational awareness.
- Balancing stakeholders' (conflicting) interests.
- Networking skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch.
