Service Center Technician

Decathlon is seeking a skilled Service Center Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for repairing a wide range of products, including camping and watersport equipment. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring that our products are returned to customers in perfect condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and register products for repair
  • Conduct initial diagnoses and develop repair plans
  • Repair products using a variety of techniques and materials
  • Order spare parts and materials as needed
  • Register and ship repaired products
  • Communicate with stores and customers regarding repair status

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and experience in product repair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work 16-38 hours per week
