About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team at Green Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Installing, testing, and commissioning mechanical installations.
  • Performing maintenance, service, and repairs on HVAC systems, water and gas pipes, and sanitary facilities.
  • Analyzing issues and resolving malfunctions in mechanical installations.
  • Assisting in designing and optimizing mechanical systems.
  • Interpreting technical drawings and diagrams to perform tasks according to specifications.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and clients on-site to complete projects according to schedule.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A MBO level 4 diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in utility construction with a background in plumbing or pipe installations.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, water pipes, and sanitary facilities.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • An independent work ethic and problem-solving skills.
  • A VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
  • A valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel within East and Central Netherlands.
