Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team at Tesla in Tilburg. As a key member of our remanufacturing team, you will be responsible for testing and repacking sensitive electromechanical assemblies, ensuring high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rework on company products, including battery packs, electronics, and drive units;
  • Operate hand tools and power tools, as well as measuring and test equipment;
  • Document tasks and activities on excel sheets and tracking systems;
  • Perform precise electro-mechanical repair and remanufacturing;
  • Identify known issues and apply critical thinking skills to determine potential new issues.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work from documentation and/or verbal and written instructions;
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal;
  • Proficiency with hand tools and computer-based tools, including precision measuring equipment and electrical test equipment;
  • Ability to perform repetitive duties and occasional strenuous tasks.
What We Offer:
  • A salary of €17.53 gross per hour (including ADV);
  • Shift allowance of 14% on top of your hourly wage (when working in shifts);
  • A full-time job from Monday to Friday, with weekly rotating shifts (2 shifts, morning & evening) and a chance of overtime;
  • 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days;
  • Participation in the pension scheme from day one;
  • Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer;
  • A very cool technical job within a big international electric car company.
