Head of Field Service Operations

About the Role

As the Head of Field Service Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of field service professionals in delivering exceptional service and technical support for compression systems in the EU3 region. Your leadership skills and technical knowledge will be essential in driving operational excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role will report into the Head of Field Service & Repair and will be based in Hengelo, Netherlands. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize field service operations, managing resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate the field service organization for compression in EU3, overseeing a team dedicated to customer service excellence and technical support.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize field service operations and ensure alignment with overall business compression field service objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key liaison between the organization and customers.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses to service requests and effective resolution of issues.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing field service team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within field service operations, preferably in the compression industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of compression systems and rotating equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align field service operations with organizational goals.
