Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of Food and Beverage staff and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Food and Beverage staff and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in scheduling, cost control, and inventory management
  • Coach and train new colleagues and trainees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department, including managing inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the department is compliant with all relevant regulations
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Food and Beverage role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills, with experience in leading a team and developing staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
