Job Description

At nexxbiz, we are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Risk Management Specialist to join our Infrastructure & Security Operations team. As the primary representative on information security matters, you will play a critical role in ensuring and enhancing customer trust by leading our company's security program.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, certifications, and risk management strategies that protect sensitive personal and financial data. This includes designing and implementing security solutions, increasing security awareness, and driving continuous improvements to our company's security posture.

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of information security frameworks, regulations, and best practices, particularly ISO 27001, 22301, 9001, and ISAE 3401. You should have experience in risk assessment, business impact analysis, and security governance, as well as technical expertise in security architecture, SecOps, and risk mitigation strategies.

In addition to conceptual and analytic thinking, you should be able to realize your ideas through hands-on execution. You should also be adaptable to our culture and be part of our team. A bachelor's or master's degree (HBO/WO) in a technical discipline, preferably in Information Technology, is required.

As a Cybersecurity Risk Management Specialist, you will translate both problems and strategic issues into IT solution directions and engage in building/configuring IT solutions. You should be a team player who can encourage and inspire your team. Familiarity with Microsoft and Cloud-Native security solutions, including Azure security best practices, Cloud Native Application Security Best Practices, and Networking Essentials, is a plus. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential, and permanent residence and work permit in the Netherlands are required.
