Lending Process Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Credit Process Management team as a Lending Process Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for driving optimisation and excellence in the lending domain, with a focus on process and tool enhancements.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively optimise credit and collateral tools and processes via simplification, AI, automation, and outsourcing.
- Assess existing tools and processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Research, explore, and recommend innovative solutions for process and tool optimisation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies for process and tool enhancements, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure continuous alignment between optimisation initiatives, FS goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement changes by leading cross-functional teams in embedding process and tool optimisation.
- Develop documentation and provide training on new tools and optimised processes.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of process and tool improvements.
- A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in Lending, Optimisation, and/or Change Management domains.
- In-depth knowledge of lending products, systems, and work processes.
- Experience with simplification, automation, and artificial intelligence.
- Strategic view on optimisation and experience in implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform detailed analyses.
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions that comply with regulations.
- Adaptability to the evolving landscape of financial regulations.
- Keen attention to detail for compliance and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and organisations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch.
