Key Responsibilities- Act as a commercial and expert specialist within the Client Service Team, providing in-depth knowledge of real estate lending and financing options.
- Advise Business Banking customers on complex real estate financing issues, ensuring the best possible mix of financing options.
- Coordinate end-to-end responsibility for the entire chain, ensuring sound coordination between all relevant specialists from other ING departments/business units.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes, driving proactive credit management and process optimization.
- HBO or university degree.
- Knowledge or experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
- In-depth specialist knowledge of complex financing issues and business credit facilities.
- Sound (credit) analytical and numeric skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English.
