Senior Real Estate Finance Specialist
At ING, we're redefining banking, and we're looking for a talented Senior Real Estate Finance Specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Real Estate sector of ING Business Banking, which is the market leader in the Dutch real estate market. As a Senior Real Estate Finance Specialist, you'll be responsible for advising Business Banking customers on complex real estate financing issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice on real estate lending and financing options
- Coordinating with fellow lending specialists, relationship managers, and other specialists to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers
- Proactively managing credit risk and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and processes
Requirements include:
- HBO or university degree
- Knowledge or experience in the real estate sector
- In-depth specialist knowledge of complex financing issues and business credit facilities
- Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English
