You will be part of a small, professional, and ambitious team of experts with in-depth knowledge of real estate, finance, and workplace innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an integrated accommodation plan aligned with the Corporate Real Estate strategy, ensuring accurate forecasting of real estate needs from short-term to long-term perspectives.
- Formulate, evaluate, and test the Corporate Real Estate strategy against internal and external influences, such as hybrid working, sustainability requirements, and market trends.
- Lead the process of site selection, setting out the scope and strategy, supporting transactions, fit-out projects, and managing the approval process of business cases.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the portfolio, increasing flexibility, reducing costs, and anticipating demand uncertainties.
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional project teams to achieve measurable results within agreed timeframes.
- 10+ years of experience in real estate management, portfolio analysis, or consulting.
- Profound interest in Corporate Real Estate and analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving.
- Master of Real Estate (MRE) or MBA preferred.
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
