We zoeken een ervaren en gemotiveerde cutting expert die ons team in Den Haag kan versterken.

Het bedrijf is een toonaangevend bedrijf in de vleesverwerkingsindustrie en biedt een uitdagende en dynamische werkomgeving.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het uitbenen van verschillende soorten vlees volgens de geldende procedures en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Het verwijderen van botten, kraakbeen en andere ongewenste delen van het vlees
  • Het controleren van de kwaliteit van het vlees en ervoor zorgen dat het voldoet aan de gestelde eisen
  • Het schoonmaken en onderhouden van de werkplek en het gereedschap
  • Het naleven van de hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
