Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde en ervaren Vleesverwerker om ons team te versterken. Als Vleesverwerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbenen van verschillende soorten vlees volgens de geldende procedures en kwaliteitsnormen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwijderen van botten, kraakbeen en andere ongewenste delen van het vlees. Je controleert de kwaliteit van het vlees en zorgt ervoor dat het voldoet aan de gestelde eisen. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het schoonmaken en onderhouden van de werkplek en het gereedschap. Ten slotte moet je de hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften naleven.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Uitbenen van verschillende soorten vlees
- Verwijderen van botten, kraakbeen en andere ongewenste delen van het vlees
- Controleren van de kwaliteit van het vlees
- Schoonmaken en onderhouden van de werkplek en het gereedschap
- Naleven van de hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
