Job Title: Multi-Unit Manager

Overview of Key Responsibilities

As a Multi-Unit Manager at Subway, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise to our stores. You will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews to ensure that all controls are in place and reported numbers are accurate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise to stores
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews to ensure operational excellence
  • Ensure profitability of restaurants by reviewing all weekly and periodic paperwork
  • Provide leadership and develop store managers to exceed performance standards
  • Plan, organize, and lead regional meetings with store managers
  • Active involvement in the community to spread brand awareness through local store marketing
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, associates, and supervisors
  • Train and coach store managers for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving operational goals
  • Promote company culture values and mission with integrity
  • Attend all meetings and business functions as mandated by the company
Executing Functional Responsibilities:
  • Regularly utilize management information tools to analyze paperwork and identify trends and issues in store performance
  • Use managerial and operational tools to plan for and achieve operational excellence in the region
  • Responsibility for adherence to Subway compliance standards, with particular focus on those standards relating to food safety and customer service
  • Challenging and inspiring store managers to achieve business results and KPIs
  • Providing store managers with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to build effective teams
Duties:
  • Completing daily and weekly paperwork, maintaining business records, and analyzing business records to grow and manage the business
  • Supporting national marketing initiatives
  • Ensuring that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and that company safety and security policies are followed
  • Recruiting, rewarding, and recognizing performance
  • Disciplinary actions as required
  • Planning and implementing and measuring local store marketing initiatives
