Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase brand awareness and drive membership growth.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve results.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates and industry trends to keep our campaigns competitive.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
