About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our Hilversum Creative Center, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety practices across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective emergency preparedness and response plans.
  • Provide training and support to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices, and advise the team on EHS matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar EHS role.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dutch language proficiency is a must.
