Bij ABN AMRO Bank ben je als Senior Regulatory Stakeholder Manager nauw betrokken bij de dialoog met onze belangrijkste toezichthouders, de ECB, DNB en AFM. Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen het toezichtslandschap op de voet en onderhoudt een sterk netwerk binnen en buiten de bank. Je speelt een actieve rol in NVB/EBF verband en houdt jouw stakeholders proactief op de hoogte van relevante ontwikkelingen.
WerkomgevingWij zijn het Regulatory Office, onderdeel van de afdeling Legal. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam bedienen we samen met onze Legal collega's alle onderdelen van de bank. Het Regulatory Office bestaat uit ongeveer 15 juristen en niet-juristen en ondersteunt de bank om regulatory in control en compliant te zijn.
Je Profiel- Een afgeronde WO-studie op een voor deze functie relevant gebied.
- Minimaal 12 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de financiële sector en/of bij een toezichthouder.
- Diepgaande kennis van ECB Banking Supervision (SSM) en de kapitaals- en solvabiliteitsvereisten daarbinnen.
- Kennis van ontwikkelingen binnen de Nederlandse bancaire markt en de maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen met betrekking tot het bancaire vakgebied.
- Executiekracht en eigen verantwoordelijkheid.
- Uitstekende communicatie- en adviesvaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Engels.
