About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Policy Expert to join our team at ABN AMRO. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our business operations are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory matters, including interpretation of regulatory requirements and implementation of regulatory programs.
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory developments, identifying potential impacts on our business and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products and services meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, staying up-to-date on the latest regulatory developments and best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Fluency in English and/or Dutch (both written and verbal).
