Job Title: Logistics Engineering Manager

About the Role

As a Logistics Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of logistics engineers in the development and realization of best-in-class warehouse solutions. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and management to understand complex customer needs and advise on the best logistic solutions. Your expertise will be essential in setting and maintaining standards, developing the engineering toolkit, and driving innovation and mechanization solutions in our warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of logistics engineers and provide guidance on best practices and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement warehouse solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proven experience in logistics engineering or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to communicate in English (written and oral), with Dutch a plus.
