Office Manager in Student Lifecycle

Job Summary
The University of Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant II to join its General Office team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the student lifecycle, working closely with local and overseas stakeholders, and contributing to student recruitment and retention, committee services, event coordination, exchange and placement programmes, alumni engagement, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student lifecycle, including student recruitment and retention, committee services, event coordination, exchange and placement programmes, alumni engagement, and special projects.
- Work closely with local and overseas stakeholders to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student services and programme administration.
- Provide excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with University regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Good University degree and at least 5 years' work experience in the higher education sector, with at least 2 years at supervisory level.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines.
- Good knowledge of student career placement, experiential learning, internship or exchange.
