We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Transformation Expert to join our team in the BeNeLux region. This is a dynamic and entrepreneurial role where you will be responsible for expanding our services and driving growth in the market.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be fully responsible for further developing Evidos' services with a focus on the BeNeLux market. You will work from our office in Haarlem and focus on attracting large future customers in the region. In this role, you will have a significant impact on all phases of the sales process, listening to, analyzing, and understanding the problems of our potential customers.

Responsibilities
  • You will become an expert in Consultative Selling and build a positive business case to realize internal decision-making with our (potential) customers as quickly as possible.
  • You will work closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure a smooth follow-up and settlement of sales processes.
  • You will have daily contact with various colleagues, including Product, Support, IT, Legal, Compliance, Business, and Management teams, to ensure that the sales process runs smoothly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree and fluency in English and Dutch, written and spoken.
  • The ability to explore new opportunities through your expertise and enthusiasm and easily establish collaborations.
  • Affinity with IT/SaaS is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in recruiting potential new customers, expanding the existing network in a comparable environment, and closing deals.
  • The ability to communicate with various types of organizations, including SMEs and Enterprises, and experience working with people in different positions, such as Business Unit Managers, Purchasing Managers, and Sales professionals.
