As an Order Desk Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to dealers from initial contact to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Accurately processing and supporting orders and inquiries received through various channels.
- Responding to dealer inquiries regarding invoices, products, pricing, availability, shipping, and more in a professional and timely manner.
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls with dealers to create a positive experience.
- Anticipating dealer needs and providing them with the best possible delivery estimates using available tools.
- Addressing and resolving order-related complaints through the ticket system, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team lead when necessary.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, system updates, and customer service techniques by participating in training sessions and team meetings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in German.
- Knowledge of the Dutch or English language is an advantage.
- Familiarity with customer service in general.
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced experience of MS Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to identify problems, visualize, and implement best solutions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
What We Offer
We offer a full-time job with 40 hours per week, 26 vacation days, and 1 ADV day. You will work in a hybrid environment, with 60% of your time spent in the office and 40% from home. You will also have access to an e-learning platform to contribute to your development.
