We are seeking a collaborative expert to join our team at the European Medicines Agency (EMA) to work on innovative projects that leverage Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies for learning and competence development.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position that requires 12-16 hours of dedication per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including exploring the use of AR/VR in public health organizations, developing immersive learning experiences, and creating cost-effective models for competence development.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research on AR/VR trends, technologies, and best practices
- Develop innovative ways to implement AR/VR solutions at EMA
- Collaborate with project team members to plan, design, and execute projects using AR/VR for competence development and immersive learning experiences
- Create and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and project plans
- EU or EEA national
- Meet the requirements stated in the profile description
- Be a paid employee from European academia, research institutions, public sector, or international organizations, or a post-graduate student within such organizations
- Have a thorough knowledge of English (at least level C1)
- Knowledge of regulatory environment
- Knowledge of Miro, ADO, Microsoft Office, Figma, Adobe XD
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Project management skills/certificates
- Change Management knowledge
- Gain experience in AR/VR in the EU regulatory context
