We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to join our Fintech team. This role will lead product development across various financial services, including payments, transfers, and other related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, using this knowledge to drive product development.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including finance, risk, and compliance, to ensure regulatory adherence and sound financial management.

Salary Range

This role offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and equity.
