Discover the cutting-edge technology we utilize to engage with our members and assist in the creation of various content, ranging from our mobile application and location-based notifications to our inspirational email campaigns filled with stunning visuals.

Within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, we design, implement, and assess all marketing initiatives for our Membercard community. This internship offers a comprehensive experience in retail, allowing you to support the team with the following responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of push notifications for Hunkemöller app users:

  • Manage scheduling
  • Compose content for our email marketing campaigns and location-specific messages
  • Collaborate on creative promotions for the app
  • Coordinate with various regions for translation and approval of content
  • Maintain and archive all performance metrics
  • Conduct competitor research

Support the creation and execution of mailings for our European Member base:

  • Collaborate on content production for mailings
  • Prepare briefings and coordinate visual communication for mailings
  • Work with different regions for translation and approval of content
  • Maintain and archive all performance metrics
  • Conduct competitor research

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on a personal project that aligns with the strategic goals of both your educational program and Hunkemöller.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, New Media, or Business Administration
  • You are proficient in the MS Office suite (Word/Excel); knowledge of HTML is a plus
  • You are comfortable writing and communicating in English; knowledge of German and/or French is advantageous but not required
