Product Analyst

We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our Product department in Amsterdam, where you will play a key role in enabling data-informed decision-making and measuring the impact of our work.
As a Product Analyst at sennder, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the front-end data lifecycle, from defining event names and behavior to analyzing data using product analytics tools.
- Conducting comprehensive quantitative analyses of customer behavior to guide product strategy and decision-making.
- Leading validation analysis, including A/B experiments, quasi-experiments, time-series, and qualitative analysis, in collaboration with product managers.
- Empowering the product team to explore and use data through data democratization efforts.
- Supporting product leadership in making informed decisions through ad-hoc analysis and reports on product metrics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
- Extensive A/B Testing experience.
- Experience in data visualization using tools like Amplitude, Looker, or similar.
- Experience conducting correlation and regression analyses.
- Experience in employing statistical analysis and doing experiments in a B2B context.
- Proficient in generating insights from data and explaining them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience interacting with diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Fluency in English - written and spoken.
